Hospitamorphosis

Today’s Hospitalist 2008 Compensation & Career Survey showed that 26 percent plan to change jobs within the next two years. The reason is that being a hospitalist offers enough flexibility and career development opportunities that more and more residents are choosing this venue to "set a foot in the door" in a pursuit that would lead them to their ultimate career choice.
I happen to be a resident who chose this path and in creating this blog, I am hoping to share my journey as a hospitalist and an " evoloving" oncologist with all of you. I hope that my blog will attract like minded hospitalists or residents who wish to share their tips and success stories.
